slow but has good armour (except for where it doesnt)

all the ammo is low down so it is very hard to oneshot

uhhhhh,useless i guess, slow bad turret turn rate mid optic mid gun, armor works only against autocanons or newbies, we have way better builds on 5 tier like just patton with 88mm or panther with 90mm freedom
