My Tier 9 Recommendation.

Tier 9 is probably the worst, most painful experience in the game.
So this is what I recommend what you go for first.

The Export hull can be found in Tier 9 Blueprints, this hull has the top speed of 92kmh in forward and 72kmh in reverse, making it one fast boy, the hull has an armour profile of 250mm KE for the LFP and the UFP is at 100mm angled. The hull will survive some shots from T9 autocannons and will survive a cannon if lucky.
The biggest weak spot of the Hull is the drivers port which is just glass. furthermore, the hull comes with a frontal ammo compartment that has blowouts.

The hull also isn’t very grippy so it may take time to get used to it.

The Type 89 Kai turret is located within Tier 9 Joes shack, the turret has enough Armor to survive Autocannons of its tier. It comes equipped with 6 Anti Tank Missiles each with 700mm TANDEM penetration. GEN 2 Thermals, a quick firing 35mm Autocannon that has 4 Types of ammo - APFSDS, HE, APHE and APDS.
